Since quitting sodas, water has become my favorite beverage! Ok, really it's my only beverage! I have never been a tea drinker, or coffee drinker, I can't stand the flavored water craze, and I have never had a sip of alcohol, so other than sodas there are few choices for daily hydration. I have been increasing my water intake over the recent years but on Oct. 7, 2013 I made the decision to stop drinking any sodas. I do drink juice with my supplements every morning but considering the sugar, even though it's natural, juice is not a great option for consistent fluid intake. So water it is!!! And I drink a lot of it! So I am thankful for water, for the fact like I like water and that I know the further I get away from my soda drinking the healthier I will be.
